Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, garments must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Returns must be unworn and unwashed we reserve the right to not accept if they appear worn and send them back to you.
Underwear/Swimwear cant be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please take a photo of the item if it arrived damaged that shows the damage/defect.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is more than 14 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund to your original method of payment, we cannot change payment method for any reason due to fraud prevention. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to process.
If you need to exchange clothing for a different size your item must be in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is more than 14 days after delivery cannot be exchanged.
Gym Sets must be returned as a set and can only be exchanged for another set (ie S to M) we cannot say exchange just the top or leggings.
If you regularly need or you think you will need different sized top and bottoms etc please order the individual items separately.
To return your product, you should mail your product to us contact us for a exchange/return form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please allow the shipping time from processing the exchange for it to arrive.
You may cancel your order for a refund prior to processing. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation once the order is placed.
For the best success in cancellation please contact us on the day you ordered for any changes.
We are unable to cancel, edit, or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped.
